Main duties of the jobAs a Dementia Care Manager, your focus will be on the overall management of the Dementia Community, implementing and embedding the company's dementia care strategy, and managing resources within a given budget. You will be responsible for ensuring that the plan care day is accurate and reflected in the care needs summary, building caring relationships with residents and families, and working closely with the Activities Team to develop meaningful activities for residents with Dementia. You will also be responsible for promoting a culture that enables residents to maximize their capabilities and enhance their quality of life.
