Qualifications

• Experience as Deputy Manager/Head of Care in dementia setting.
• Good understanding of person-centred dementia care.
• Confidently lead, support and develop the care team.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, care planning and regulatory requirements.
• Organised and able to take responsibility when the Registered Manager is not on site.
• Working towards or having Health & Social Care Level 3/4 qualification.
