Job summary

Heathside Residential Care Home is seeking staff to support residents with dementia, delivering person-centred care and upholding high standards in a residential setting.

The role includes safe medication administration, flexible rota patterns including weekends, and commitment to compassionate, dignified care for residents in our community. Salary is Grade 4, with annual earnings around £17k, for 24 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing person-centred care to residents.
• Knowledge of dementia care and needs of residents.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with dementia to live well and age well.
• Deliver safe administration of medication following policies.
• Provide high standards of care in a residential setting.
