Vetro Recruitment in Bridgend, Wales is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant with Dementia experience to join our agency. The role offers flexible day, night, and weekend shifts with competitive pay.

You will provide personal care, assist with care plans, support residents, and maintain high hygiene and safety standards in nursing and residential homes. Requirements include a minimum of 6 months healthcare or social care experience and right to work in the UK; training for manual handling

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 months experience in healthcare or social care.
Experience with manual handling equipment in a live environment (training provided).
Right to work in the UK.
Ability to deliver holistic and therapeutic care to people with dementia.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and support to residents in nursing and residential homes.
