As Demand & Supply Planning Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end planning process - forecasting, supply, inventory, and NPD, ensuring best in class product availability while driving efficiency across a rapidly scaling, multi-channel business.

About the role:

• Build and own accurate demand forecasts across D2C, Amazon, and retail channels
• Manage supplier relationships and oversee supply planning to ensure smooth global operations
• Lead inventory management across 3PLs and warehouses, optimising stock and minimising waste
• Partner cross-functionally to align product supply with business growth plans
• Define and track KPIs including forecast accuracy, inventory health, and product availability.

About you:

• 5+ years of experience in demand and supply planning (ideally in FMCG) within fast-growing or scale-up environment
• Experience working with international suppliers and consumer markets
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations and processes
• Highly analytical and commercially minded, with confidence to influence senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable processes that support rapid business growth
