This role is based in Feltham, London, with hybrid working (60% in the office, 40% WFH). From late 2025 / early 2026, our head office will move to Richmond upon Thames.
The Demand & Supply Planner will serve as a key link between the Ireland commercial and UK supply chain teams, focusing on forecast accuracy and supply planning efficiency. The role involves optimizing inventory flow between UK and Ireland warehouses, ensuring product availability while minimizing waste and costs.
This high-visibility role acts as the main liaison for the Irish market within the broader supply chain, responsible for delivering reliable, customer- and brand-level rolling forecasts. The planner will use demand & supply planning tools and collaborate daily with cross-functional teams including supply chain, sales, marketing, and finance to drive integrated planning and execution.
Key responsibilities include leading monthly demand reviews as part of the IBP process for Ireland and UK customers, co-owning customer forecasts with the sales team, and providing forecasting insights through analysis of purchasing trends. A commercial mindset is essential to interpret market dynamics and translate them into demand plans that support growth and service excellence.
The role also involves collaborating with marketing to deliver long-term forecasts at the brand and division level, and facilitating alignment meetings to support strategic planning. Regular travel to Ireland is required to maintain engagement and alignment.
The salary range is £40,000 - £50,000 pro-rated, plus benefits including bonus, pension, life cover, chocolate allowance, giveaways, discounts, personal incentive, birthday day off, and more!
