  • Analytical and meticulous with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Team-oriented with strong cross-functional communication skills.
  • Capable of writing reports and test scripts.
  • Comfortable delivering user training for new software tools.
  • Passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Degree educated, preferably in a business or analytical discipline.

Offer

  • Competitive salary up to £45,000 per annum depending on experience plus bonus based on achievement of KPIs
  • 25 days holiday (rising to 26 days after 5 years’ service and 27 days after 10 years’ service) plus bank holidays
  • Company pension
  • Access to our Employee Assistance Programme
  • Contribution to Dental Costs
  • Enhanced Maternity and Paternity Pay
  • Discount on some of our products
  • Become an integral part of our family business
  • A bottle of wine on your birthday and Berkmann anniversary
