As Planning Lead, you will lead and train a team of demand planners, coordinate demand planning to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer satisfaction and minimize disruptions. This position requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and demand planning expertise in the foodservice industry.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead a team of demand planners, providing guidance, support, and coaching.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to gather inputs and align strategies.
• Build strong relationships to drive process improvements.
• Monitor relevant metrics and take corrective actions as needed.
• Manage inventory levels, forecast demand, and implement strategies to optimize stock and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with Merchandising and Suppliers on demand planning and performance.
• Create an inclusive and collaborative team culture aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Strong BT Skills and systems knowledge, including AX and Excel.
• Knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and mathematical skills.

• Flexible, innovative, and problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to travel to other sites.
