Your Role: We are looking for a Demand Planner to lead the demand process for UK Specialty BU, both B2B and DTC channels. The position is responsible for reviewing the forecast mix & volume helping the markets to achieve their business objectives. Creating collaborative relationships across the sales, marketing and supply chain organizations is critical to the success of this position and this position is critical to the success of the company.

What you will do:

1. Manage and shape demand for all the SKU using SAP IBP for demand.
2. Calculate a baseline forecast, based on statistic models, and the cleansed historical data.
3. Add to the baseline forecast, all the relevant information from commercial area, market plans, promotions and customer trends.
4. Provide support to the commercial team regarding sales evolution and forecast perspective, proactively help market teams identifying gaps and opportunities.
5. Lead the Consensus Meeting to validate future demand together with Sales, marketing and Finance teams.
6. Coordinate with marketing and operations to manage portfolio transitions.
7. Link the commercial team with Logistics and manufacturing.
8. Follow-up service KPI.
9. Work on minimizing freshness risks.
10. Give visibility to sales teams in case of operations disruptions or shortages.

What we are looking for:

1. Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Science.
2. Advanced level of Excel.
3. Advanced level of English.
4. Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position.
5. Analytical capacity, results orientation, communication and problem solving skills.
6. Knowledge of planning software such as APO, IBP will be an asset.
7. Knowledge of R, Phyton or data analytics would be an asset.
8. Strong analytical capability and attention to detail.
9. Willingness to work difficult tasks through to completion.
10. Ability to collaborate with other departments to reach a common goal.
11. Strong understanding of Supply Chain principles.
12. Desire to learn and grow in the position and company.
13. Ability to work in conditions which include multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities in tight deadlines.
