Job summary

AO.com seeks a Demand Planner to own a key category within our fast-moving Supply Chain team in Bolton. You’ll forecast, analyze trends, and partner with buyers, suppliers and internal teams to keep stock flowing smoothly.

You’ll use data to shape confident forecasts, manage range changes, and provide weekly performance updates to senior management, while developing your own skills in a supportive, growth‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Organised with great attention to detail and able to manage multiple data streams.
• Strong Excel skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• Proven ability to build positive relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Buyer to collaboratively forecast your category range.
• Attend supplier meetings to agree forecast plans, intake requirements, and discuss performance.
• Manage range changes, ensuring a smooth and well planned transition between outgoing and incoming lines.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
• Support promotional planning to deliver effective and well executed activity.
• Provide weekly performance updates from your category to senior management.
• Maintain accurate data within our forecasting and replenishment system.
