Job summary

THG Nutrition in Manchester is seeking a Demand Planner to maintain the supply chain planning model for product launches, track sales performance and analyse stock for recently launched products.

You will collaborate with NPD, Marketing and Trading, plan launch dates within lead times, feed forecasts to Supply Planning and Procurement, and drive improvements through post-launch reviews.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical and reporting skills; Excel and SQL desirable.
• Experience in a Supply Chain/Planning role in FMCG preferred.
• Independent, proactive work style with attention to detail.
• Supply chain/commercial background desirable.
• Ability to communicate with key stakeholders across the business.
• Understanding of ecommerce desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the product launch tracker for nutrition brands.
• Work with NPD, Marketing and Trading to plan launch dates within lead times.
• Review forecasts and feed them into Supply Planning and Procurement.
• Ensure stock reaches fulfilment centres globally and mitigate stock risks.
• Drive improvements through post-launch reviews and highlight overstocks.
• Oversee exit strategy for discontinued SKUs and manage inventory.
