Role Profile

As the Demand Planner, you will develop detailed style demand plans, forecasts, and financial projections to support Sales, Merchandising, Sourcing, and Supply Planning teams. Your goal will be to determine style forecasts based on assortment plans, statistical inputs, and historical data, aligning with inventory profitability objectives.

• Develop and provide forecasts for internal operations, factories, and vendors.
• Address forecast variances and enhance forecasting accuracy.
• Analyse demand data, market trends, and delivery performance using statistical tools and data-driven decision-making.
• Compile and utilize data and reports to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Operations to set, review, and execute demand, sourcing, and supply plans.
• Create visibility for change requests and recommend process improvements.
• Support process management to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
• Provide demand and production insights to the wider Operations team across factories and vendors.
