Demand Planner
  • Location: Castle Cary
  • Salary: £31,900 - £35,900 dependent on experience
  • Company performance bonus included
  • Hours: Mon-Fri
  • Type: Permanent
Job Purpose

Working with the senior demand planner to deliver accurate forecasts for 700 products across 14 sales channels and 2 territories, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders. The role aims to improve sales volume predictability, enhance customer service levels, and support inventory optimization.

What are we looking for?
  • 2+ years of supply chain experience (demand or supply planning)
  • Experience with planning systems such as FuturMaster, SAP
  • Strong analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Stakeholder management experience with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Proficiency with data systems and analytics tools like Power BI
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate to create accurate demand plans for various segments and customers

  • Maintain data quality in planning systems, managing product lifecycle changes
