Job Description

1. Forecast accuracy: how to improve and achieve a better forecast accuracy for the business.
2. Align the forecast accuracy with the factories' stock management and review the rules behind the safety stock according to that particular problem.
3. Action plan for resolving service and waste level issues.
4. Conduct analysis for the business and reach conclusions to improve our processes.
5. Communicate and assist factories in Europe, which are working in push flows, to understand the UK market and provide them with information about activity events.
6. Support and manage seasonal uplifts (e.g., Easter, Christmas, production promotions).
7. Forecasting and stock control for chilled desserts.

The Successful Applicant

1. Experience working in a similar role, ideally with chilled supply chain.
2. Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and interpretation of data.
3. Advanced level of MS Excel.
4. Strong influencing ability.
