Demand Planner
  • Location: Castle Cary
  • Salary: £31,900 - £35,900 dependent on experience
  • Company performance bonus
  • Hours: Mon-Fri
  • Type: Permanent
Job Purpose

Working with the senior demand planner to help deliver an accurate forecast for 700 products across 14 sales channels and 2 territories in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders. Improving predictability of sales volumes to positively impact customer service levels and support inventory optimization.

What are we looking for?
  • 2+ years of supply chain experience (demand or supply planning)
  • Experience with planning systems such as FuturMaster, SAP
  • Excellent analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Stakeholder management experience, including building cross-department relationships
  • Proficiency with data systems and analytics tools such as Power BI
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate to create accurate demand plans for segments and customers
  • Facilitate demand reviews with account managers
  • Maintain data quality in planning systems; manage product launches and changes
  • Track forecast accuracy, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions
  • Identify and automate process improvements
