Location: Hybrid (2–3 days in the office)

Job Type: Full-time

We’re working with a successful commercial operations team to find a Demand Planner. This is an important role where you’ll help forecast future demand and make sure supply keeps up. You’ll work closely with teams across sales, marketing, finance, and operations—making this a varied and rewarding position.

What you’ll do:

  • Take ownership of the demand planning process as part of the wider business planning cycle.
  • Create and update monthly forecasts for all products and customers, using input from sales, marketing, and finance.
  • Review and approve sales team forecasts, especially for promotions and expected increases in demand.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest ways to improve forecast accuracy and customer service.
  • Work closely with the supply and operations teams to agree on a shared plan.
  • Keep product and customer data up to date in SAP to support accurate forecasting.
  • Build strong relationships with different teams to ensure plans are aligned and realistic.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a similar role, ideally in an FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) company.
  • Good understanding of business planning cycles.
  • Experience using demand planning tools—SAP and Excel would be ideal.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data from different sales channels.
  • Great communication skills and comfortable working with people at all levels.
  • Able to meet deadlines and stay calm under pressure.
  • Always looking for better ways of working and open to new ideas.

What’s on offer:

  • Hybrid working (2–3 days from home)
  • 5% pension contribution
  • 23 days holiday, plus your birthday off and bank holidays
  • Flexible working hours
  • Study support and chances to grow professionally
