Demand Planner Key Responsibilities:

1. Own/Manage the Demand Planning process for the relevant business categories
2. Create, maintain and adjust forecasts for key customers and suppliers
3. Create a forecast that is updated monthly for all products/customers and reviewed according to priority to ensure accuracy.
4. Work collaboratively with the marketing, sales and finance teams
5. Partnering with the commercial planner, ensure the customer demand & stock availability is met.
6. Ensure that core KPIs are hit on a monthly basis. Root cause analysis and action plans created where required

To Be A Successful Demand Planner:

• Previous demand planning/supply chain experience, preferably within the FMCG industry
• Highly personable and analytical. Strong numerical and data analysing skills
• High attention to detail
• Able to work to deadlines and in pressurised situations
• SAP experience a plus
