Job description

We’re hiring a Demand Planner to play a key role in driving supply chain efficiency across the chosen region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, international business with a collaborative and dynamic culture.

You’ll be responsible for forecasting and demand planning across a region of countries, working closely with local Sales Teams and central Supply Chain functions. This is a strategic role that combines analysis, collaboration, and process improvement—and a real opportunity to influence growth in a key region of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage accurate demand forecasts, improving forecast accuracy and customer service levels.
  • Provide detailed forecast data to Central Supply Chain using internal planning tools.
  • Analyze historical sales performance, highlight variances, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Own volume budget input and support commercial teams with clear demand insights.
  • Lead weekly forecast reviews (S&OP) with Key Account Managers to align on forecasts and promotional volumes.
  • Monitor and reduce distress stock, identifying opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Align with retailers on baseline and promotional forecasts.
  • Produce inventory reports, evaluate performance, and collaborate with logistics providers to optimize inventory flows.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in demand planning or similar supply chain roles.
  • Strong forecasting and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with demand planning in the Nordic region—or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in tools such as JDA Manugistics, SAP, and IBP advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel.
Who You Are:

You're analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused. You thrive on improving systems and collaborating with others to get things done efficiently. If you’re passionate about demand planning and looking to join a growing company where you can make a real impact—this could be the perfect role for you.

This is a hybrid role where you will be required to be in the office 3 times a week.

Salary banding £40,000 - £50,000 + bonus and excellent benefits.
