Demand Planner Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the demand planning process for relevant business categories.
• Create, maintain, and adjust forecasts for key customers and suppliers.
• Update and review forecasts monthly for all products and customers to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and finance teams.
• Partner with the commercial planner to meet customer demand and stock availability.
• Ensure core KPIs are met monthly; conduct root cause analysis and implement action plans as needed.

To Be a Successful Demand Planner:

• Previous demand planning or supply chain experience, preferably within FMCG.
• Personable, analytical, with strong numerical and data analysis skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work under deadlines and pressure.
• SAP experience is a plus.
