  • Provide Finance with month-end variance commentary.
  • Monitor cost trends and market developments.
  • Deliver monthly strategic customer updates and prepare forward-looking sales insights.

Demand Planner (6 month fixed term contract) - Doncaster - £40,000 - £45,000

Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be working exclusively with industry leading global manufacturer who are looking to recruit a Demand Planner to support their team on an initial 6 month fixed term contract with a possibility to go permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead demand forecasting by collaborating with Commercial teams, using advanced Excel tools to support the monthly S&OP process and enable scenario modelling for operational planning
  • Present forecasts and financial projections in regional meetings, drilling into Excel data to gain sign-off and alignment across teams
  • Communicate product demand to regional factories and suppliers, ensuring supply meets customer needs and support stock management through replenishment reviews and slow-moving stock actions
  • Provide Finance with month-end variance commentary, investigate forecast slippages and support accurate financial reporting
  • Monitor cost trends and market developments (e.g., commodities, utilities, freight) to inform pricing strategies and support Commercial teams in price negotiations
  • Deliver monthly strategic customer updates, contribute to business projects and prepare forward-looking sales insights for Leadership in coordination with Commercial teams

Working Hours: 8:30am - 5pm (Monday-Thursday) & 8:30am - 3:15pm (Friday)
