Demand Planner
  • Location: Castle Cary
  • Salary: £31,900 - £35,900 dependent on experience
  • Company performance bonus
  • Hours: Mon-Fri

Job Purpose

Working with the senior demand planner to deliver accurate forecasts for 700 products across 14 sales channels and 2 territories, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders. The role aims to improve sales volume predictability, positively impacting customer service levels and supporting inventory optimisation.

What are we looking for?
  • 2+ years of supply chain experience (demand or supply planning)
  • Experience with planning systems such as FuturMaster, SAP
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and processes
  • Stakeholder management skills, including building cross-department relationships and influencing skills
  • Proficiency with data systems and analytics tools like Power BI
