Demand Planner

  • Salary: £31,900- £35,900 dependent on experience
  • Company performance bonus

Job Purpose

Working with the senior demand planner to help deliver an accurate forecast for 700 products across 14 sales channels and 2 territories in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders. Improving predictability of sales volumes will positively impact customer service levels and support inventory optimization.

What are we looking for?
  • 2+ years supply chain experience (either demand or supply planning)
  • Experience with planning systems such as FuturMaster, SAP
  • Excellent analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset to drive efficiency and process enhancements
  • Stakeholder management experience, including building cross-department relationships, supported by interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Aptitude for working with data systems and analytics tools such as Power BI
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate to create accurate demand plans for segments and customers, covering short, medium, and long-term horizons
  • Facilitate demand review meetings with account managers to ensure forecast alignment via the S&OP process
  • Maintain data quality in planning systems; manage product launches, delists, and route-to-market changes
  • Track forecast accuracy, measure deviations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
  • Identify improvements and automate manual processes to reduce cycle time
