Job description

A global retailer is looking for a demand planner to oversee the Amazon sales channel across the European arm of its business. This organisation has the license agreements for some of the largest and most prominent names in the market. It is a multi-billion-dollar organisation distributing product to over 80 countries, with offices in Hong Kong, China, London, France and Germany. Due to exponential year-on-year growth, all offices are growing the teams across all functions.

Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end sales and operations planning process for all Amazon business across Europe.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales and operations to drive the strategy for all planning activities across an 18-month strategy.
  • Partner with teams across the UK, Spain, France and Germany to implement the global strategy at a local level and ensure commercial targets are achieved.
Qualifications
  • Background in demand planning, e-commerce merchandising or international wholesale merchandising with demonstrable experience driving business growth.
  • Experience with international markets and working with Amazon is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and solid understanding of MS Office, including creating pivot tables, lookups and graphs through Excel.
