  • Work closely with internal teams including Production, NPD, Sales, and Logistics to align supply with demand forecasts.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within planning, procurement, and supply chain functions.
About You
  • Previous experience in demand/supply planning, procurement, or production scheduling within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercially aware with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, growth-focused business.
