The Opportunity

Are you passionate about forecasting, data analysis, and driving supply chain efficiency? We’re looking for a Demand Planner to join our dynamic Planning team and play a key role in shaping our demand strategy. As a Demand Planner, you’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate forecast models by integrating insights from Sales, Marketing, and retailer data. You’ll collaborate closely with Commercial teams and retailers to ensure promotional and general demand plans are aligned and executed effectively.

  • Develop and manage short-term forecasts (weeks 0–5) using Relex, ensuring high forecast accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing teams to align promotional and general demand plans.
  • Analyse historical sales data and demand drivers to refine forecast models.
  • Coordinate seasonal planning, promotions, and new product development (NPD) activities.
  • Communicate with retailers to improve demand processes and performance.
