Are you a Demand Planner looking for your next step within the Beauty and Cosmetics world? Our client is a global skincare brand who is looking to add a motivated individual to their already thriving team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand plans to ensure stock health and availability.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and logistics to achieve 100% OTIF delivery.
• Use data to drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy.
• Optimise stock levels and reduce write-offs.
• Monitor market and customer trends to anticipate demand shifts.

Requirements

• Strong experience in demand planning, forecasting, or merchandising within FMCG.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with forecasting tools (e.g., Anaplan) is a plus.
