Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with sales leadership to define regional strategic priorities and create marketing plans aimed at building the sales pipeline and driving revenue growth, supported by cross-functional teams.
  • Digital Marketing: Partner with the CSG digital marketing team to design and execute impactful digital campaigns, including paid social media, display advertising, and Google Ads, and website optimization to support both organic and paid channels.
  • Content Syndication & Media Partnerships: Work closely with leading media publications and industry analysts to develop and implement content syndication programs that increase brand awareness, demonstrate thought leadership, and extend reach.
  • Event Management: Work with the CSG event services team to plan and execute a comprehensive event program. Manage logistics and create promotional strategies to drive engagement and maximize attendance.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and ensure maximum impact.

Desired Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in the technology sector, preferably telecoms.
  • Experience in demand marketing, including managing end-to-end marketing campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid social media, display advertising, Google Ads, email marketing, website optimization, and event management.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong project management skills, with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 20%.
