This opportunity focuses on strategic planning and market analysis to enhance the availability and supply of our products. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Demand Management Processes globally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute demand management strategies to ensure optimal supply chain performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and marketing to align on demand forecasts and inventory planning.
• Analyse market trends and customer needs to predict demand accurately and plan accordingly.
• Utilise data-driven insights to improve demand forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders to support growth initiatives and service excellence.
• Lead projects aimed at streamlining demand planning processes and systems for increased effectiveness.
• Proven track record in demand management or supply chain planning roles within the manufacturing or medical device sectors.
