As a Demand Generation Specialist your responsibilities will be:

  • Coordinate and execute integrated multi-channel marketing activities including digital media, ABM, webinars, live events, and email.
  • Working in unison with the Inbound and Outbound teams to optimize sales funnels and improve conversion rates
  • Effectively collaborate across the organization and communicate detailed campaign plans with key stakeholders such as Content, Web, Design, and Sales teams.
  • Work in lockstep with the Field Marketing Manager in developing and executing pre- and post-event promotion and nurture efforts for global events.
  • Project manage a span of campaign tasks in Monday.com such as owning the Global campaign calendar, submitting necessary Creative Services and Marketing Operations tickets, updating and communicating item statuses, and tracking deadlines.
  • Manage procurement and invoicing process to ensure timely payments to vendors and agencies.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in B2B demand generation, event marketing, and/or campaign management.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented problem solver with understanding and experience working with marketing and sales funnels.
  • Able to work in a fast paced work environment and juggling both short and long term priorities along with daily demands.
  • Self-motivated team player with strong collaborative skills, enthusiastic learner’s mindset.
  • Experience with Martechs such as Monday.com, Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoominfo, and other related-technologies
