As the Demand Generation manager at Inspired Thinking Group (ITG), you will be responsible for driving and executing demand generation strategies to support our business growth objectives. This role will require a proactive approach to prospecting, qualifying, and generating pipeline opportunities for ITG. You will lead a team working closely with sales leads and other cross-functional teams to generate quality leads and nurture prospects throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement omni-channel demand generation strategies and campaigns.
- Pro-actively drive leads into the pipeline through daily activity.
- Manage and provide training/support to team members on demand generation best practices and tools.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Create and manage demand generation budgets and forecasts.
- Measure and report on the success of demand generation campaigns, using metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue.
- Identify and resolve challenges within the demand generation process to streamline and become more efficient.
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop content
Requirements

- Demonstrated experience in planning and executing successful demand generation campaigns across multiple channels.
- The ability to create rapport with prospects over the phone and other channels to generate qualified leads.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (Hubspot preferred), and lead management processes.
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven track record of driving measurable results and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Experience in the marketing agency and marketing technology industry is highly preferred.
