Demand Gen Marketing Manager - Hospitality (Ordering Suite)

About you:

As Demand Generation Manager for our Ordering Suite, you'll develop marketing strategies for our comprehensive ordering solutions, including EPOS and QikServe technologies, to deliver mobile ordering, order-at-table, till systems, kiosks, and kitchen displays. This role is vital for driving pipeline and OI targets for our Evo launch, creating new business opportunities, either net new to Access or through cross-selling within our software portfolio. You'll report to the Marketing Director in Front of House and collaborate closely with marketing, propositions, and operations teams.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
  • Develop multi-channel demand generation strategies aligned with Evo launch objectives and revenue targets, designing campaigns to attract new business and cross-sell throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Manage digital channels and content creation, including advertising, email, SEO, webinars, events, and social media, briefing content teams to showcase product capabilities.
  • Utilize marketing automation and analytics tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance across channels.
  • Support sales teams with resources and tools to generate pipeline and close deals, collaborating with GTM/Business Readiness and Propositions teams to meet revenue goals.
Skills and experience:
  • Proven B2B demand generation experience in software/technology, with successful digital campaign execution, working with Sales and proposition teams.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys and conversion, with a data-driven approach using marketing automation tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience across earned (SEO/SEM, email), paid (PPC, social), and owned channels, with a desire to learn about AI search, LLMs, and GEO.
  • Results-oriented with launch experience and a drive for impact in fast-paced environments. Hospitality market knowledge is a plus but not essential.
