JOB TITLE: Demand and Supply Planner

Location: Kings Langley- Hybrid

SALARY: GBP40,000-GBP45,000

We are one of the world s leading consumer electronics accessories and peripherals manufacturers. Based in Kings Langley, we are growing and now on the lookout for a Demand and Supply Planner.

The role will see you responsible for the management and maintenance of the end-to-end planning for the EMEA business. Focusing on the strategic demand plan to drive the correct inventory signals for optimal supply to our EMEA customer base for your allocated Product Group Category.

LOCATION: Kings Langley- 2-3 days a week

About the role: Demand and Supply Planner

You ll be primarily responsible for forecasting Demand requirements through sell-through analytics, customer forecast reviews, and channel inventory alignment.

Managing the demand signals through analytics and collaborative reviews to ensure the forecasts are correct for the business.

In addition, you ll be responsible for, but not limited to: -

Responsibilities
  • Working collaboratively with key stakeholders to define NPI launches, plan to united transition plan, and adjust forecasts to align to the agreed plans.
  • Analysing market trends and commercial impacts to recommend demand plans to the Sales Leads.
  • Participating fully in the EMEA S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process owning the forecasted demand for your responsible business units, while identifying opportunities to improve KPIs and improving the EMEA Supply Chain process and systems.
  • Working closely with the BU leads, managing the demand signals of NPI launches and transitions to ensure the demand and cannibalization risks are being proactively communicated to key stakeholders for collaborative resolution.
  • Executing appropriate purchase orders to maintain the demand signal you ve applied in the system.
  • Prioritise tasks to meet critical business deadlines is essential
About you: Demand and Supply Planner

You must have proven ability to build, manage and maintain excellent relations with both internal and external stakeholders, and customers, while driving collaboration and maintaining high business performance.

In addition, you will also have the following skills and experience: -

  • Flexible and able to adapt quickly into a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in Demand and Supply Planning with a minimum three years experience
  • Solid organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in Demand & Supply Planning tools, such as Oracle Cloud Planning
  • Effective problem solving and analytical skills
  • Mastery in communication to a wide range of stakeholders at varying levels
  • Experience with an ERP system preferably Oracle
