Job summary

Practicus is seeking a Delivery Transformation Lead to drive people and team transformation for a leading, mid-sized specialist lender. Hybrid work with flexibility on a 6-month contract.

You will coach a six-person PMO team, elevate capabilities, and implement modern delivery approaches including Agile and Value Stream delivery, partnering with HR and senior stakeholders to accelerate performance.

Qualifications

• Track record in building and elevating project management functions.
• Experience in regulated financial services is required (mortgage sector experience is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead capability-building and define a clear step-up path for high-performance delivery.
• Coach and mentor a six-person PMO team.
• Evolve delivery approaches toward Agile, Feature Teams and Value Stream delivery.
• Foster a high-performance culture with HR to align performance and development.
• Maintain executive stakeholder alignment to connect strategy with delivery.
