At Bestway, we are currently seeking a Delivery Team Leader to join our Batleys Liverpool branch:

Job Description:

You will support and drive an efficient, effective, and successful delivery service from the nominated Delivery Centre / Hub. Your role includes ensuring a safe working environment for all, while providing excellent customer, colleague, and stakeholder experience.

Key duties include:

  • Driving a performance management culture, encouraging best practice leadership, motivating the team to achieve results.
  • Championing the Company Values within the Delivery Centre / Hubs.
  • Managing all Transport elements of Customer Service, meeting or exceeding satisfaction targets.
  • Maintaining the vehicle routing application (Paragon) for optimal results.
  • Supporting daily activity scheduling to ensure availability.
  • Achieving company targets and KPIs for profitability.
  • Building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implementing and embedding company policies and procedures.
  • Building high-performing teams with clear objectives, coaching, and training.
  • Monitoring operational budget adherence.
