Job Description
LT Selection is proud to be recruiting exclusively on behalf of a forward-thinking training provider delivering high-quality adult education. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced tutor or education team lead to take on a leadership role in managing and supporting a team of classroom-based ASF Tutors.
As the Classroom Delivery Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for motivating, coordinating, and performance-managing tutors delivering adult education courses under the Adult Skills Fund (ASF). You’ll work closely with internal teams, external partners, and awarding bodies to ensure that learners receive a consistently excellent experience, and that teaching quality and compliance meet agreed standards.
Lead, manage, and support a team of classroom-based tutors delivering Adult Skills Fund provision
Drive performance by monitoring KPIs and ensuring achievement targets are met
Ensure timely learner completions in line with planned end dates
Provide coaching and interventions where performance or learner outcomes require improvement
Respond to tutor, learner, and partner queries efficiently and professionally
Collaborate with curriculum and quality teams to ensure delivery aligns with compliance frameworks
Champion quality and continuous improvement across all ASF delivery
Contribute to a positive, motivated team culture focused on learner success
Experience & Qualifications
A recognised teaching qualification (Level 3 or higher)
Previous experience in teaching within adult education (face-to-face and online)
Experience in leading or managing education delivery teams (desirable)
Strong knowledge of ASF or AEB-funded provision
Understanding of quality assurance and compliance standards in FE
Proficiency in using educational platforms, CRM/LMS systems, and digital tools
