Based Strengthening compliance and environmental performance across Water operations Are you passionate about protecting the environment, improving customer outcomes and helping operational teams meet important regulatory requirements? As a Delivery Support Lead, you’ll support our Water operations teams to maintain strong compliance, learn from incidents and improve the way we work. Working closely with operational colleagues, our 24/7 Control Centre and wider Customer and Operational Services teams, you’ll help identify the root causes of issues, develop practical compliance processes and make sure learning is embedded into everyday activity.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and helping teams do the right thing for customers and the environment. You may already have experience in Water operations, a control-room environment, compliance, audit, risk or another operational setting where clear processes and good decision-making are important.
