Artic Building Services Ltd seeks a Delivery and Stores Operative to support our M&E and Facilities Management operations in London. You will ensure efficient storage, deliveries, and management of parts and tools for engineers at UCL London.

We value a current UK driver’s license, teamwork, and strong organisational skills. The role is based on-site with standard hours, and full-time permanent employment is offered with a range of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Current UK driver’s license is required.
• HVAC/building services experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage own time and paperwork.
• Positive attitude with a can-do approach; well-organised and confident.
• Experience with CAFM systems is a plus.

Job Role: Delivery and Stores Operative

Location: UCL London

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Permanent

The aim of the Delivery and Stores Operative is to ensure the efficient organisation of Storage areas, deliveries and the management of parts and tools for engineers.

Skills Required

• Current and Clean UK driver’s license
• Working experience from an HVAC and Building Services environment (not necessary but advantage)
• Ability to develop and be part of a team. Manage their own time, works and paperwork
• Positive attitude “can do will do”.
• Organised

• Efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience of CAFM Systems
