Job summary

Artic Building Services Ltd is seeking a Delivery and Stores Operative to support engineers by organising storage areas, deliveries and parts management. Based at UCL London, the role runs Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with start ASAP and permanent contract.

The successful candidate will have a clean UK driving license and be organised, proactive and able to work in a team, with experience in CAFM systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Current and clean UK driver’s license required.
• HVAC/building services exposure is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to work in a team and manage time and paperwork.
• Positive can-do attitude; organised and confident.
• Proactive and efficient in MS Word/Excel/Outlook.
• Experience with CAFM systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient organisation of storage areas and deliveries.
• Manage parts and tools for engineers and daily paperwork.
• Support engineers and coordinate with team to maintain operations.
• Maintain accuracy and timeliness of tasks and records.
• Utilise CAFM systems and MS Office tools as needed.
