Job summary

NEXT plc is seeking a motivated shop floor assistant in Manchester to efficiently process stock and ensure products are available for customers. You will provide friendly service on the sales floor and support stock management tasks to keep the store well presented.

The role offers flexible working options and an opportunity to develop with the company from day one. You will contribute to a fast-paced team and help maintain high standards of service for customers.

• Accurate, thorough and well organised with strong attention to detail.
• Energetic, proactive and able to work at pace during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Process stock quickly and accurately (scanning, unpacking, hanging, cubing, storing).
• Present stock neatly on sales floors or in stockrooms.
• Keep work areas clean, tidy and well organised.
• Provide fast, friendly customer service on the sales floor or back of house.
• Work as part of the store team and report to Coordinators or Managers.
