Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Plan forecasts by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate item-level forecasts, optimize production schedules, and maintain data in supply chain and forecasting systems, while monitoring monthly revenue progress.
  • Manage end-to-end order fulfillment, including PO registration, review, booking, and shipment.
  • Oversee transportation logistics, select carriers, negotiate contracts, and monitor customs and shipment schedules for timely delivery.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, conduct warehouse stock audits, and implement strategies to prevent stockouts and overstocking, ensuring daily order processing in e-commerce warehouses.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documentation and customs paperwork, ensuring compliance with regulations and trade laws.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement.
  • Analyze logistics costs, identify savings, and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain quality standards during transportation and storage of goods.
  • Address logistics issues proactively and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure accurate forecasting and supply chain management strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in the Consumer Electronics Industry.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, transportation, inventory, and warehouse management.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese.
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures is advantageous.
