Job description

We’re looking for a detail-driven organiser who loves structure, teamwork and making things happen. As part of the Delivery & Scheduling team, you’ll help keep training programmes running smoothly across apprenticeships, bootcamps and private courses. You’ll be at the heart of operations, supporting learners, trainers, and internal teams to deliver an exceptional experience.

This is a hybrid role with 1 day per month in London and you will be working a 37.5 hour week.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate schedules and communications for training sessions and learner groups
  • Track attendance, data and learner progress, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
  • Support with enrolments, payments and awarding body registrations
  • Liaise across departments to keep processes compliant and efficient
  • Provide general admin and project support to help the wider team thrive
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience in admin, coordination or customer support (training background a bonus)
  • Great communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail - accuracy is your thing
  • Confident with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM-style systems
  • Proactive, reliable and comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment
