Ministry of Justice in Cardiff is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead day-to-day operations at the Cardiff Civil & Family Justice Centre. You will manage a team of EO managers, drive performance, and ensure a customer-focused service across the site.

You will be responsible for the smooth running of Cardiff Civil & Family Justice Centre, 2 Park Street, Cardiff CF10 1ET, leading your team of EO managers and other staff, and supporting your operations manager to meet operational needs, deliver performance objectives and provide a consistent and customer-focused service You're familiar with work environments that are process and compliance driven. You give guidance and direction to your team, to support delivery of the overall business plan. You will make sure that performance outcomes are met, and the team is resourced and trained effectively to meet your allocated budget, identifying and implementing solutions to problems. You can develop effective relationships with all key stakeholders, which will include the judiciary.
