Based at one of our delivery locations, candidates should have experience, knowledge, and skills in warehouse and transport management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leading your team to ensure branch trading efficiency, safety, legal compliance, and excellent customer service.
  2. Managing delivery costs and customer charges to meet targets.
  3. Identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and setting challenging payroll cost reduction targets.
  4. Understanding the local market to provide the best service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Managing your team to cover all customer service needs, engaging with customers, and using feedback for service improvement.
  6. Collaborating with the regional team to identify opportunities and improve operational methods.
