Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd in Leeds seeks a Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end technology delivery across Corporate Services. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure outcomes align with business goals.

The role requires strong delivery leadership, excellent communication, and experience with Jira/MS Project. Hybrid working with at least three days per week in the Asda House office is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Delivery Management or Project Management within technology environments.
• Proven ability to drive delivery across multiple workstreams, balancing priorities, timelines and dependencies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Experience with delivery tools like Jira and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Define delivery scope, objectives, timelines and alignment to business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans with progress, risks, and metrics.
• Lead and coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams for efficient execution.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Serve as primary point of contact between technical teams, business units, and vendors.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, engineers, QA and operations.
• Ensure deliverables are released in a service-ready state with handover to support.
