Qualifikationen
- 5+ years of industry experience in technical project delivery.
- Led complex technical projects end-to-end using Agile.
- Facilitated Agile ceremonies for medium-sized teams.
- Coached teams on Agile practices and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge in technology domain and/or industry verticals.
- Agile & Project Management expertise.
- Expert facilitation of all Agile ceremonies with adaptability.
- Strong experience with Agile metrics analysis and process optimization.
- Proven ability to scale Agile practices across multiple workstreams.
- Experience managing dependencies and coordinating cross-team sprints.
- Backlog management, user story refinement, and acceptance criteria definition.
- Track record of improving team velocity and delivery predictability.
- Experience with Agile tools and reporting (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- Experience working within GDS.
- Digital Transformation project experience.
- Communication & Leadership skills.
- Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution abilities.
- Strong stakeholder management across diverse audiences.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable presenting to C-level executives.

- Strong working knowledge of Agile, PRINCE 2 or PMP and practical experience of same.
