Job summary

Roke Manor Research Limited seeks a Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of projects or defined workstreams, reporting to a Portfolio Manager within the Diffuse Account. This full-time, client-site role requires strong leadership, planning and governance to meet contractual obligations and quality standards.

You will mobilise projects, coordinate stakeholders, and manage risks and changes to sustain delivery momentum and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Educated to degree level or equivalent practical experience in a relevant discipline.
Recognised project management qualification such as APM PFQ, PRINCE2 Foundation or AgilePM Foundation.
Experience leading infrastructure or platform deliveries with time, cost, scope and quality accountability.
Strong planning, governance, reporting and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

Plan, manage and deliver assigned projects or workstreams to agreed scope, schedule, cost, quality and governance requirements.
Coordinate project teams, resources and workstreams with clearly understood roles and priorities.
Monitor progress, manage risks, issues, dependencies and change control to maintain delivery performance.
Maintain accurate project reporting, dashboards and governance packs for decision-making.
Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
Lead project meetings, reviews and governance forums with clear actions and progress.
Ensure artefacts and activities comply with organisational standards and delivery ways of working.
