About the Role:

• Manage a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organization in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe environment where performance targets are achieved.
• Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all operational activities by working alongside the team, supporting the sales floors and store management when needed.
• Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating, and inspiring your team to excel is central to your leadership.
• Ensure smooth running of stockroom processes by continuously improving, identifying, and solving problems—driving high standards in stockroom and stock processing.
• Strive to ensure our well-presented stock is available to customers as soon as possible.
