About the Role:

• Manage a team to deliver excellent stock processing and stockroom organization in a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment, ensuring performance targets are met.
• Take a hands-on approach by working alongside your team, supporting sales floors and store management when needed.
• Create an inspiring atmosphere that supports, motivates, and inspires your team to perform at their best.
• Ensure smooth stockroom operations by continuously improving processes, identifying issues, and solving problems to maintain high standards.
• Strive to ensure our well-presented stock is available to customers promptly.
