Location: Northern Ireland
Start Date: ASAP (project kicks off next week)
Contract Length: 6 months
Rate: Outside IR35 (competitive)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join a new programme with a well known company, overseeing the delivery of multiple workstreams. This role will require strong Agile delivery expertise and the ability to manage and coordinate across diverse technical domains.

You will be responsible for managing four concurrent projects across:

• Data
• Cyber Security
• AI
• Cloud

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a high-profile programme right from the start.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery across multiple projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Apply Agile methodologies to ensure smooth collaboration and transparency across teams.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to provide clear reporting and progress updates.
• Anticipate risks, resolve blockers, and ensure the successful delivery of all project outcomes.
• Coordinate across technical and business teams to align priorities and outcomes.

Skills & Experience

• Proven track record as a Delivery Manager on complex, multi-stream projects.
• Strong Agile experience (Scrum, Kanban, scaled Agile frameworks).
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects across Data, Security, Cloud, or AI (experience across all four not essential, but breadth is advantageous).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
