Job summary

Addition is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager for a permanent on-site role in Gloucester. You will lead complex infrastructure and platform projects within a secure environment, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

You will coordinate multi-functional teams, manage milestones and risks, and contribute to improving delivery capability while mentoring junior colleagues. A strong governance background and security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent practical experience in project management, business, engineering, science, technology, or similar discipline.
• PM qualifications such as APM PFQ, PRINCE2 Foundation or AgilePM Foundation are desirable.
• Experience delivering infrastructure/platform projects within a governed, quality-driven delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and control projects in line with customer expectations, contractual obligations and delivery processes.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate stakeholders to maintain milestones, budgets and quality.
• Maintain project plans, dashboards, governance packs and documentation.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and change, escalating where needed.
• Provide day-to-day direction to project teams and share lessons learned to improve delivery.
